Hi, I’m Krista. I am an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in postpartum wellness and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I am also a certified Innate Postpartum Care Provider which is care from the perspective of traditional teachings of midwifery, woven together with the modern sciences of Epigenetics, Pre and Perinatal Psychology, the Primal Continuum, Psychoneuroimmunology, Woman-Centered Physiology and Anatomy, Somatic Psychology and Neurobiology. I have spent over ten years working in hospitals around California and I am the founder of Earth Milk Moon where I provide virtual and in-home postpartum wellness care, lactation guidance, postpartum and lactation preparation courses for parents and breast and cycle care for women.
